HR Manager

Aptoide is looking for an HR Manager that will be responsible for Lisbon, and Asia office's for all the human resources themes.
You will report to both Co-Founders and manage areas like recruitment, career development, training, and HR operations.
Be aware of the market trends regarding human resources, work as an internal consultant, applying the best practices and always aiming for improvement.

Role:

  • Work alongside the team leaders to understand their needs from hiring to training and work with theme to pursuit those topics;

  • Identify hiring needs, draw job descriptions and manage the recruitment process (directly or through third party companies)

  • Manage third party outsourcing and direct hiring companies, to ensure quick response and high-quality candidates;

  • Define and implement job descriptions and performance evaluation policy;

  • Ensure the onboarding, monitoring, and integration of new employees and interns;

  • Manage new and existing employee data within multiple HR-related systems.

  • Assist managers and employees in resolving employee relations issues.

  • Manage Employee relations: end-to-end management of employee relations issues including settlements, grievances, absence and performance management

Requirements

  • Degree in Social and Human Sciences, preferably Human Resources Management.

  • 3+ years of directly applicable HR experience working with cross-functional technical teams, preferably in a tech start-up

  • 3+ years experience with recruitment preferably tech recruitment.

  • Expertise with Human Resource Management Systems and a love of working with data.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);

  • Previous experience with platforms as Greenhouse or BreatheHr would be valued
